Roles

Processing Details

Nature of processing:

• Hosting
• Analytics
• AI-assisted analysis
• Reporting and forecasting

Purpose of processing:

• Provision of the Profitablo service

Duration:

• For the term of the service agreement

Processor Obligations

Profitablo shall:

• Process data only on documented instructions
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Assist with data subject requests
• Notify the Customer of personal data breaches without undue delay

Subprocessors

The Customer authorizes the use of subprocessors listed on the Subprocessor List page.

Profitablo will notify customers of material changes to subprocessors.

Data Deletion

• Customer data will be deleted within 30 days after termination
• Backups are retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion

International Transfers

International data transfers are safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
