By accessing or using the Profitablo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and all referenced legal documents.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility

  • You must have authority to bind the business you represent
  • Sole traders and individuals are permitted

Description of the Service

Profitablo provides analytics, forecasting, and decision-support tools focused on e-commerce profitability.

Profitablo does not provide:

  • Financial advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Tax advice
  • Investment advice

All outputs are provided for informational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Upload only data you are legally authorized to process
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription
  • Payments are processed via Stripe
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Taxes may apply

Intellectual Property

  • Profitablo retains all rights to the platform, software, models, and intellectual property
  • Users retain ownership of their data
  • Users grant Profitablo a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs:

  • Are estimates and simulations
  • May be inaccurate or incomplete
  • Must not be relied upon as guarantees or definitive business outcomes

Users remain solely responsible for business decisions made using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Profitablo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Profitablo is not liable for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

Termination

Profitablo may suspend or terminate access in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Legal or security requirements

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Slovak law. The courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction.
